Open Source AI will be the most transparent AI

So you can already see this by some of the efforts to limit open source, for example, which is going to be very dangerous because open source AI is always going to be the most transparent AI by the nature of the fact that everything is open. So I think open source should be an option for people to use, right, within safeguards and all of that. I agree, but I think the balance as always on topics like this is to take a regulatory regime that straddles both the extremes. And in certain areas, we do need regulations that govern the harm, harmful uses of AI. But on the other hand, you don't want regulation on the number of epochs and layers and weights, for example, as the California Bill tried to do.
