Bias in AI Algorithms undermines fairness and objectivity

Let's make sure AI is as objective as possible in producing its results. If you are, for example, using AI for recruiting or hiring, you can try to increase the size of applicants from certain demographics or help them to improve their resume or help them educate them so that they can put together proper resume. Or even if you need to favor certain groups, let's do that when humans are making decisions using the output of AI. But let AI itself be neutral
